Ruined Lands (Lephimisle)

An massive area of cities and smaller countries which did not survive the war. Despite such, it is not as affected as other past warzones, as some places are building back up, other are vacant, and at worst, a few condemned. Alongside, the ones building back up often get into conflict with each other for recognition as well as with barbarians.
